Books galore 📚 The girls are too excited about their @deltachildren JoJo Siwa bookshelf. This isn’t half of their collection but Maddi was so excited about putting her books in the playroom that requested a picture to capture the moment. I hope they always love to learn and read💕 I’m so excited that we finally are able to put their books within closer reach and found a bookshelf that matches the fun, girly theme of their playroom. Do you organize your little ones books in a special way? I tried doing paperback vs hardback and then reading level but honestly my kids don’t appreciate all of my organizational awesomeness just yet😂 so we’ll just put the books on the shelf in whatever order they choose😂 @deltachildren always has the best finds of furniture that can grow with your little one. Have you tried any of their products yet? #deltachildren .

🎀🦄Bows and unicorns make everything better🎀🦄 The girls are so excited for their new JoJo Siwa bookshelf from @deltachildren 💝 I’ve always loved their products from when the girls were newborns. They offer a wide range of products whether you have a new baby, toddler, or big kid. 🎀🦄🎀🦄
It didn’t take much to assemble and get it in the playroom. The girls love reading so they’re excited to now have all of their books on a shelf just for them. Do your kids love reading? How are you storing their books? Prior to the bookshelf I was storing ours in an entertainment center with one side dedicated strictly to the girls. #deltachildren .

Just because you are struggling, doesn’t mean you’re failing💕 I call this phase for me and my family right now a transitional one. I have started a new full-time position, still work a part-time position, manage a consulting business, enrolled our girls into private school, and I lost one of my hearts recently💔 With all of these things hitting me at once, I often feel like I’m failing those around me. I have moments of grief, sadness, disappointment, and constantly feel like I’m not doing enough. ⠀

One thing about having kids though is that they always love you unconditionally and always hype you up when you’re feeling down. Recently I was doing the girls’ hair and Maddi spotted a stink bug on the ceiling. I’m terribly afraid of bugs y’all, like I will legit lock myself up in a room until someone can come over and remove it😂 Anywho, I had to be brave for my girls and remove the bug. Well after I finished screaming and finally defeating the stink bug, Maddi said: “Mom you’re like a superhero! You protected me from the bug, moved me out the way, and made sure he didn’t bite us. I’m going to call you super mom! I love you! I have to tell Dada how great you did!” 😪 ⠀

In that moment, I realized that my kids don’t worry about all of the other things I overwhelm myself with daily. They just love mom for being herself: a protector, caretaker, teacher, doctor, friend, and everything else💕 Moral of the story: you’re not failing! You might struggle a little, shed a few tears, but you’ve got this! Stay encouraged, we’re rooting for you! ⠀
