This year I decided to let go of my fears and follow a dream that God has placed on my heart for years. When I first received this vision, I was excited but then fear crept in. I allowed feedback from others to discourage me. I let the unknown stop me. I questioned myself and I thought “who am I to have such a grand dream?!” Instead of continuing on my downward spiral of thinking I wasn’t worthy enough to achieve this vision, I asked God to guide my steps and allow me the opportunity to afford any expense and knowledge of how to tackle each obstacle that arises. Through my faithfulness, I have been making strides in making this dream a reality. Qualified individuals have come to fruition by helping me outsource certain tasks. I have a small circle of individuals who believe in what I’m doing and how far I can take it (they see the vision). And now I’m closer to getting my business trademarked this year.

If you can take away anything from this small snippet of my journey, just know that anything God places on our hearts can be achievable. If you can push past the fear and naysayers, trust God’s timing/process, you can accomplish your wildest dream💛 What are you trusting God with today?

Who would’ve thought that a blind date setup by family would turn into a lifetime adventure of loving, growing, and building together. Each day might not be rainbows and sunshine but I’m so glad to have a partner who is willing to face every obstacle head on as a team. We’re two imperfect people who refuse to give up on each other. Trusting each other while letting God lead us in every decision/step we take, has gotten us to this joyous milestone. Happy Anniversary to us🤎

Dressed in our unicorn onesies for one of our recent chilly Sunday Fundays was made for the best day ever!
